How to delete your data

To request deletion of your Onadeyak.lk account and the personal data associated with it (profile details, listings, messages, and any data received from social login providers such as Google or Facebook), email us from the email address registered on your account:

support@onadeyak.lk

Please use the subject line "Account data deletion request" and include the email address or phone number your account is registered with, so we can verify it's you before processing the request.

What happens next

We will verify the request and delete your account, active listings, and personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records (e.g. for fraud prevention or legal/tax obligations). You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Signed in with Facebook or Google

Requesting deletion here removes your Onadeyak.lk account and data regardless of how you signed in. If you'd also like to revoke Onadeyak.lk's access to your Facebook or Google account separately, you can do that from that provider's own account settings (Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites; Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access).
